List of ‘Location Divisors’ to control dispatch queue record sort order

To be used in conjunction with: Atrieve HR > Dispatches > Automated Dispatch Utilities > Maintenance Utilities > Dispatch Queue Record Sort Order Update. The Dispatch Queue Record Sort Order Update reprioritizes unfilled dispatches by the number of unfilled dispatches at each school. So if School A had 10 unfilled dispatches and School B had 3, the dispatches from School A would be called first. This program should not be used if your Dispatch Queue Ranking is not ‘A' or 'S’ (found on the ADS Group Profile(s)).

If you want to prioritise unfilled dispatches at certain schools over the others (e.g. elementary schools over secondary schools). What this will do is add some math into the mix to make it seem like some schools have less unfilled than others.

If we take location 0021 and location 0022 for example.

If location 0021 is a secondary school with 4 unfilled jobs

Location 0022 is elementary with 3 unfilled jobs

We want the system to prioritize those 3 unfilled elementary jobs over the 4 at the secondary school.

So you can enter 0021=2, which divides the unfilled dispatches at that location by 2. So now the system thinks there are 2 unfilled dispatches at the secondary school, giving the priority to the elementary school for dispatching.
