Troubleshooting

  1. Vendors included in report that do not fall within specified postal code range

    • vendor postal code has been entered in an address field

    • (most likely to occur if starting postal code is not specified)

  2. Vendors included in report that do not have address or postal code information

    • (will occur if starting postal code is not specified)

  3. Vendor report does not produce results

    • -when entering Canadian postal codes, ensure that the postal code is entered as

    • letter, number, letter, number, letter, number (ex. V1B, not VIB)

  4. Export file does not transfer into proper mailing label format

    • -check to ensure file was transferred in ASCII format
