The GL Alert Code & Budget Variance Maintenance module allows you to add or remove GL alert codes and budget variance percentages to or from a range of GL numbers.
GL Year to Process
Enter the year for which the alert codes are to be added or removed.
Add or Remove GL Alert Codes

Enter 'A' to add alert codes to selected GL's or

Enter 'R' to remove alert codes from selected GL's.
Enter GL Alert Codes to Add/Remove

Enter the alert codes to be added or removed. Use Lookup for valid alert codes.
Enter New Budget Variance

Enter a new budget variance percentage or leave the field blank if you do not want to change the budget variance.
Selection Criteria Code

Enter your criteria name or Use Lookup for a listing of valid criteria names.
