The BUDGET ID INQUIRY option is used to view existing Budget Phase ID information.
YEAR
Enter Budget Year you wish to work in. The default is the 'Current Year' in BPS Master Profile record ('06' entry).
Entering a blank year or <F10> will exit to the previous menu.
BUDGET ID
Enter Budget ID you wish to work in. It defaults to '0'. If you have only one ID, this entry is skipped and it assumes the default.
PHASE ID
Enter Budget Phase ID you wish to view.
THE SYSTEM WILL DISPLAY ALL INFORMATION ON FILE FOR THE SELECTED PERCENT POSITION.
EXIT
Enter 'E' to return to the previous menu level.
