The General Ledger Dictionary and Alias Account Dictionary REBUILD GL options only work in BAS.
The REBUILD GL produces a report showing invalid Budget Alias levels and usage statistics for each valid dictionary entry.
ENTER YEAR TO VALIDATE/REPORT
Enter the year you want to validate or create usage statistics for. The default is the current year in the BPS profile.
DO VALIDATE, STATISTICS OR BOTH Enter 'V' to display only Budget Alias levels that do not exist in the dictionary.
Enter 'S' to display usage counts for each valid dictionary entry that occurs in a Budget Alias. Enter 'B' to display both.
USAGE STATISTICS FOR ALL OR UNUSED
Enter 'A' to report all statistics or 'U' to report only those Budget Alias levels that equal zero.
<CR> to begin processing the report.
