The Alberta Global HRIS Cycle Number Override option allows you to adjust the HRIS cycle number to be used by the Alberta HRIS Export Process. The HRIS extract file contains an incrementing cycle number that must only be incremented when the extract file is submitted. Your extract file will be rejected if this cycle number is out of sequence. The Alberta HRIS Export Process automatically manages this cycle number and only increments this cycle number when an export file is created. The re-report option uses the existing cycle number. This override feature is for those times when the export option is run for create more than once. You would just adjust the cycle number and use the re-report option to generate the extract file with the correct cycle number.
