Employee Preference Report

The Preference Report lists the contents of the preference file. A number of search criteria and sort orders make this report extremely valuable. Fields listed on this report include: employee name and number, location types, areas, subjects, and levels.

Areas

Enter up to 10 area codes. Only employee's with the specified code(s) display.

Location Types

Enter up to 10 location type codes. Only employee's with the specified preferred location type code(s) on their preferences screen will display.

Subjects

Enter up to 10 subject codes. Only employee's with the specified subject code(s) on their preferences screen will display. 

Subject Levels

Enter up to 10 subject level codes. Only employee's with the specified subject level code(s) on their preferences screen will be displayed on this report.

Sub/Lev Operator

Enter 'AND' to instruct the system to find employees with preferences matching all subjects and levels.

Enter 'OR' to find employees with any of the subjects or levels.

Active/Inactive/Both 

Enter 'A' to display only active employee's preferences.

Enter 'I' to display only inactive employee's preferences.

Enter 'B' to display both active and inactive employee's indexes.
