The Employee Experience Additions module lets you create employee experience records. Fields maintained on this screen include: year in district, years in province, years elsewhere, last secondary school, last post secondary school, temp/sub experience, and a comment. The information on this screen must be maintained manually; the system will NOT, for example, increase the years experience as time passes. This information is meant to represent an employee's experience as at the time they were hired by your site. Once an employee has been hired, use the the seniority system to maintain the amount of time worked.
