The Employee Disciplinary Action Detail Report lets you list the contents of the disciplinary action file. Depending on the selection criteria entered it can produce the following:

A list of problems for a specific employee

A list of employees with a specific problem

A list of all employees and all problems

A list of employees and problems for a specific date range
These reports aid in determining a reoccurring problem or an employee with a wide range of discipline problems. This allows your organization to take appropriate action to correct these problems. This report will also report the information held in the comment fields.
Discipline Reason

To list disciplinary action records with a specific reason code, enter that code. Search for valid discipline reason codes. Accept the default of ALL to list all disciplinary action records regardless of reason.
Sort By Discipline Reason

Enter 'Y' if you want to sort this report by discipline reason.

Enter 'N' to sort this report by employee.
Start Date

To select disciplinary action records by the problem occurred date, enter a range of dates here.

Enter the first date in the date range (YYYYMMDD or YYMMDD). Accept the default of START to indicate the earliest possible date in the disciplinary action file.
End Date

To select disciplinary action records by the problem occurred date, enter a range of dates here.

Enter the last date in the date range (YYYYMMDD or YYMMDD). Accept the default of END to indicate the last possible date in the disciplinary action file.
