The Disciplinary Action Menu gives you access to programs which maintain and control the disciplinary actions taken against employees. The standard four maintenance modules and reporting modules let you add, change, delete, view, and report on employee disciplinary actions.
The Disciplinary Action Process allows entry of information relating to disciplinary action taken against an employee. The main purpose of this process is to identify employees who are a continuing problem in the workplace. The reason for the action and action taken are database items in the general demographics database. There are two large comment fields for greater detail of the problem and action taken.
Two database items must be created before using any of the disciplinary action screens or reports. They are listed in the table below.
