Purchasing Cards - adding the total transaction dollar amount for each cardholder in the summary grids

Providing a quick way for the cardholder, the cardholders supervisor, the location reviewer and final reviewer to see the cardholders individual transaction total for the uploaded statement file.

Why we think you’ll like it:

Totaling each cardholders transactions within the summary grids saves time from having to manual calculate the transaction totals.

Grids updated include:

• Location Transaction Summary Grid – this is the grid that a location reviewer, final reviewer, or administrator would access

• Subordinate Transaction Summary Grid – this is the grid that a supervisor would access when viewing their subordinates

• Note that the transaction total already existed (as per a previous release) on the Cardholder Transaction Summary Grid.
