Enhancements
ATR-2533 Classification of Category: The Subject category codes and the Posting category codes are now maintained separately. The Subject category codes have a code and description which may be different. These are defined in the HR_CATEGORY_CODE table. The Postings category code and description is the same since these are pulled from the HR_POSTING table and there is only a single that is used for both code and description.
ATR-2522 Shortlist Permission for Hiring Manager: A new setting has been created to control whether a user, defined as a Hiring Manager can shortlist an applicant. By default, Hiring Managers will be able to shortlist an applicant, but if the setting is updated to restrict this permission then the Shortlist option will not display in the Update Status list on the Application Details page.
ATR-1773 Application Status Customization: You may customize the values that display in the status list that displays on the Posting Details page within the Applications grid and on the Application Detail page when selecting the Update Status button. The default status values include:
- New
- Reject
- Pending
- Incomplete
- Verified
- Blocked
You will now be able to modify the display name for all of the statuses listed above with the exception of 'Shortlist' which cannot be changed.
ATR-1771 EJP document storage and retrieval has removed its dependency for a direct connection to SharePoint and now uses the Atrieve document access portal.
Defect Corrections
ATR- 2056 Applicant Name sort order. On the My Dashboard > Applications search page, the applicant name sort functionality has been updated to sort the names correctly in alphabetically order.
ATR-2057 Unable to shortlist someone for more than one posting. An applicant who is shortlisted for more than one active job posting is now updated correctly in atrieve.
ATR-2143 Apply to Posting Notice remove bullets from page. Unnecessary bullet list indicators have been removed from the Apply to Posting page.
ATR-2225 Sorting - My Dashboard - Applicants - Sorting is incorrect on Name and Blocked columns. My Dashboard > Applicants Search page, corrected the applicant name sort to be by last name and then first name. Also corrected the sorting functionality on the Blocked column.
ATR-2249 EJP - Majors and Minors not pulling correct values. On the certifications tab, the majors and minors were loading subjects and not majors and minors. The system has been updated to pull the values directly from the majors and minors lists and not the subjects list.
ATR-2449 Shortlisting a Previously Employee Applicant creates a new applicant record in atrieve. A change has been made to shortlisting 'Previously Employed by the District' applicants to prevent duplicate records being created within atrieveHR. On the Posting Details page, if the employee displayed has been previously employed the Previous Last Name value is displayed. For the Employee Number, the following message will be displayed 'Enter the employee number and then press the Enter key'. By pressing Enter after populating the Employee Number, it confirms that this is the correct Employee Number associated to the Employee Last Name.
ATR-2559 Documents with the extension .docx cannot be opened in doc viewer or opened once downloaded & doc names are not respected. Documents with the extension .docx and .pdf can now be opened in the document viewer, and can be successfully downloaded.
ATR-2565 When opening an applicant document file (.doc or .docx) file name changes to numeric value. When opening an attached document file (.doc or .docx) the correct filename is now displaying rather than a number.
ATR-2605 Discrepancy between the time zone on the Posting Summary page and the Posting Detail page. Added the District Time Zone to the Posting Close Date on the Posting Details page. The summary and detail page reflect the same time. Additional enhancement, specific to applicants only - when they open a posting the words 'per week' are displayed in the FTE/Hours field.
ATR-2162 When shortlisting a previously employed applicant Date of Birth, Gender and previously existing hire records are not overwritten.
ATR-2161 Shortlisting a previously employed applicant where no Date of Birth had been entered in EJP would clear the Date of Birth in atrieveHR. This is now corrected to not overwrite the value in atrieveHR.
