Enhancements
ATR-2533 - Classification of Category: The Subject category codes and the Posting category codes are now maintained separately. The Subject category codes have a code and description which may be different. These are defined in the HR_CATEGORY_CODE table. The Postings category code and description is the same since these are pulled from the HR_POSTING table and there is only a single that is used for both code and description.
ATR-2630 - HR Admin can now create a job posting that can remain open for an extended period of time so that they can be continually recruiting until a candidate is shortlisted.
Changes to accommodate the above:
My Dashboard - Job Posting search - added an option of 'All' to the Period search filter, which when selected will display all records within the constraints of any other search criteria.
If an active employee is selected:
- an indicator is displayed in the Status column. Hover over the indicator to display the Employee Number. The following message is also displayed in the footer 'Indicates that the Applicant has been hired and is an active employee in the district'.
- In Posting Details, the following message is displayed "The Applicant has been hired and is an active employee in the district (Employee Number <number>)". The message will remain open until the user selects the 'x' to close.
