The Pension Adjustment Export Process may be used to report or export the current PA record contents for one or multiple income tax deductions per taxation year. The export files generated by this process is created in the same format as used by the Pension Adjustment Import Process. This allows you to export the current PA Amount, make any adjustments as needed and import the values back into the payroll.
This report includes an option to generate an export file, ######.CSV, where ###### is the job number. The export file is generated where the logical ATRIEVEERP$OPSWRK is defined. The export file is a comma separated file with one record per deduction per employee. The export file containing the following fields:

This process includes the option to maintain multiple sets of stored prompts.
Name the prompt sets by defining a title up to 10 characters, with a 30-character description.
On the first prompt click the Report Defaults icon to select an existing set of prompt values. You can delete prompt sets or change the description from the Report Default icon.
Enter Taxation Year
Enter a 4-digit year to identify the taxation year of the PA records to be reported and exported.
Enter to accept the current year displayed as the default.
Select By Income Tax Deduction Code
Enter without defining any tax deduction codes and all tax deduction code records will be reported.
Enter tax deduction numbers one at a time to define the PA records to be reported.
Click on the clear report default button to clear the values in the field.
Report All or Selected Employees
Sort by Employee Number Or Employee Name

Enter 'E' to have the report generated in employee number sequence.

Enter 'N' to have the report generated in employee name sequence.
Include Generation of CSV Export File

Enter 'N' to omit the generation of the export file.

Enter 'Y' to include the generation of the export file.
