The ADS Phone Number Profile works in conjunction with the "Use Phone Numbers from Automated Dispatch Phone Profile" (page 3) prompt of the ADS System Profile to over-ride the phone number that will be used for calls to replacement employees. This profile is helpful during testing and/or training sessions to force ADS to call back to certain phone number(s) as opposed to using the actual phone number of the replacement employee.
Phone Numbers

Enter the phone number(s) that you want Automated Dispatch to call. If there is more than one number specified, Automated Dispatch will randomly choose which number to use.
