The ADS Periodic Report Profile lets you run certain reports automatically at pre-defined times. Reports that can be run in this manner include:
-
Outstanding Transaction Report
-
Replacement Employee Availability Report
-
Absence Report with Dispatches
-
Dispatch Search Log Report
This profile lets you specify the time range when a report should be run, the time interval within this range to repeatedly run the report, the batch queue and form that should be used, and the selection profile that should be used to generate the report.
The reports use the Report Selection Criteria Profile menu options to store the criteria that the report should use.
Start Time
-
Enter the start time (24-hour format) in the time range to run the report. i.e. 23:00 should be entered for 11:00 PM.
End Time
-
Enter the end time (24-hour format) in the time range to run the report. i.e. 23:00 should be entered for 11:00 PM.
Interval
-
Enter the time interval (in minutes) between report printings. If you specify that a report should be printed between 08:00 and 9:00 and specify an interval of 20 minutes, the report will print at 8:00 and then again at 8:20. It would not print at 08:40 because it would fall outside of the specified time range.
Reports
-
Specify which report you want to print by entering its number:
-
Outstanding Transaction Report
-
Replacement Employee Availability Report
-
Absence Report with Dispatches
-
Dispatch Search Log Report
Queue/Form
-

Selection Criteria
-
Enter the selection criteria profile that you want to use to generate the specified report. Search to choose from a list of created criteria profiles.
