We are introducing a new User Account Management system to replace the legacy user maintenance process. This enhancement allows district administrators to create, update, and deactivate Atrieve Web user accounts directly, reducing reliance on the Atrieve Technical Support team and eliminating support tickets for routine changes.

The new Manage User Accounts interface streamlines administration by providing auto-generated usernames and passwords, menu/environment assignment, and the ability to copy access from existing users.

This update accelerates onboarding, simplifies role updates, and improves security and auditability across all user accounts.

In Atrieve HR, we resolved an issue where Atrieve Web occasionally generated a second, hidden unavailability record containing an employee ID with trailing spaces. End users were only ever shown the correct record, but the extra corrupted entry caused problems when building the data warehouse. The underlying defect in the creation process has now been corrected to prevent these duplicate corrupted records from being generated.
