Employee Names can now be entered and reported as mixed case i.e. upper and lower case. By default as part of the upgrade, all employee names will be converted to mixed case (i.e. first letter of each name capitalized). If you as a district do not wish to have your data converted, please inform any HR Support team member immediately.

The certificate module has been modified to allow more than one certificate/degree code of the same code per employee. i.e. Multiple Hearing Tests could be tracked giving the ability to track dates of expiry.

Schedule Entry Web

Based on a district’s requirements, schedule reviewers could now submit comments explaining what is wrong with the schedule. This will allow HR to review the schedule and make the necessary changes. *Similar to Attendance Management Web and comment processing.

AMW Comment Processing in Absence/Dispatch Maintenance 3,1,2 has been modified to display the date/time of when the comment was created.

Leave Management Web can now be rolled out by location and/or employee category. *This will allow LMW to be implemented for small groups of employees.

The Certification Table fields will now allow reporting in combination with other one-to-many tables i.e. assignments. This will give the ability to report assignment information and certification number on the same report.

The detail schedule information has been added to the Location Table (information from the 3rd page of the location code database).

Dashboard

A new tabbed dashboard has been created. Instead of the user having up to 10 dashboards on their menu, a single dashboard option will display with each dashboard being a tab. The tabbed dashboard will also give the ability to rename to something more meaningful for each individual user.

Font Types and Colors, etc. can now be chosen for display, sort and evaluated fields.

Task Manager

Task Manager has been enhanced, so that after processing a task, the user will return to the same page that they were on before opening the task. *Also maintaining the same selections and sort order.

The following new fields have been added to the Task Manager:

  1. #Op - will display the number of times a task has been opened. This can be sorted on (ascending or descending) by clicking on the column header. This will allow users to quickly see what tasks have never been opened before if they sort ascending. Sorting descending will show them the tasks that have been opened most often.

  1. Task Comment – will give the ability for the authorizer to enter a comment. This field can be selected and sorted on. If an authorizer opens a task, but then needs to say talk to a principal (or whatever) this can be noted in the task comment and this comment will display right on the Task Manager. Note: This field can only be up to 100 chars long. A Task Comment button must be added to a section.

  2. Hover Help has been added to the Task ID – This will display the Times Opened, Last Opened Date/Time, Created Date/Time, Created By ,employee no>, Route Code, Auth Code and Form Init. Code.
