Certifications |
A customizable lookup has been added. This will allow fields to be chosen that display once an employee has been chosen. This will enable the inclusion of the most important fields to be displayed in the lookup which should, in turn assist in not having to drill down further to see the information required. The fields are customizable by employee category – this allows one set of fields for teaching certificates as compared to support staff. |

Demographics |
An employee lookup by Certificate Number has been added to the employee demographics screen. This allows you to type in the certificate number (or any portion thereof) to find an employee. |

Absences & Dispatches |
The Absence and Dispatch Modules have also been enhanced to have an asterisk on the summary screen to flag if an absence or dispatch has multiple absence code or location codes entered in the detail section. Previously, you were not able to identify this from the summary screen, So now, in the absence summary lookup, if the absence contains more than one different absence code or more than one different location, there will be an asterisk * beside the absence code or location code. This should quickly and efficiently communicate to you, that the particular absence contains more than one different absence code and or more than one different location code. |

Allows users to more easily move from one employee screen to another without having to go back to the menu each time. When an employee record has been loaded, simply click on the "hyperspace" icon and a separate "module menu" will appear. Choose the module that you would like to go to i.e. Assignment Changes. *This will automatically load the employee that you were last working with. |

Absence Entry |
ADW will now display a warning message if an absence is being logged for a date/time that has already passed. This enhancement deals with the situation where you log into the web at say 3 p.m. on Monday to log an absence for tomorrow. The system defaults to today's date and, prior to this change, you would be permitted to log the absence. With this enhancement, you will be warned that the date and time entered has already passed and be given the opportunity to continue or to go back and change the date and/or time. |

The Job Posting module has been enhanced to allow the entry of assignment GL and schedule information. This allows entry of all pertinent assignment information directly from the Posting module without having to go into the Assignment module afterwards. |

A new 'Leave Form' button has been added to allow viewing/reporting on Leave Information entered through LMW. This option allows all information entered on a leave by the employee and all authorizers. |

Event Database |
An event database allows the entry of events such as Professional Development so employees can choose from a dropdown list, the PD events that are available to attend within the date range selected for the absence. This database ties critical pieces together such as routing coordinator (person responsible for authorizing the leave request for the particular event), Replacement GL or Cost Center specific to the event, so minimal set up and routing is required in LMW to accomplish the same tasks. Events can be further classified by Event Type Code which is used to further limit the events available for display for the absence/leave code chosen. The event database can be found in the LMW Database Menu – Setup/Maintenance/E-Forms/LMW Database Menu/Event Menu (14,2,3,1). |

View/Change and the ADS Server have been modified to allow absences that have an attached leave to be closed or (shortened). This is a new option in the web profile. |

Replacement preferred locations (Will/Won't work at) Reporting on the locations that a replacement employee will work at and also those that the employee will not work have been added. This allows reports to be created that will show a school all of the replacement employees that will work at their location. *Such a report could then be placed on administrator's dashboard for easy access. |

HRW has been modified to allow reporting on assignment information in conjunction with any other table in HR. Prior to this enhancement, users would receive a warning as there was a restriction in Report Writer where reporting on two tables that have one-to-many relationships i.e. can’t report on assignments and applications together, or assignments and absences etc. To report on assignment information like demographic information with any other table, simply choose these demographic assignment info fields. The new fields are in the EMPLOYEE_DEMOGRAPHICS table called ASSIGN_INFO. |
