The Grievance Tracking system will give you the ability to control and track employee grievances. This system is designed to track grievances made toward a specific position and/or location with up to five stages and resolutions for each individual grievance.
As employees file grievances, information can be entered into the system to be monitored. This information includes employee, grievance reason, grievance date, location, position, comment, review date, reviewer, stage(s), stage date(s), and resolution(s).
In addition to the Add, Change, Delete, and Inquiry screens, the grievance system provides you with a report to extract and print the grievance data. The Grievance Report allows you to print the contents of the grievance file in a number of sort orders so you can extract the information needed. The report can be sorted in order of employee, location, and grievance reason. You can also specify a complete range of selection criteria to make your report as broad or specific as desired. For example, if you have a grievance reason database code set up for grievances due to seniority being bypassed, you can generate a report listing all grievances made because of seniority.
The five databases listed below must be set up before the Grievance Tracking System can be used.
