Event Status Update Process
This process will read the Event Database and mark the qualified Events Status as requested.
You can use the Process to Soft Delete Events or activate them again.
To configure this to run in the nightly updates to soft delete expired events please contact atrieveERP to have this configured.
Event End Date Range
Enter in valid Date Range in the form of YYYYMMDD in both the From and To fields
Choose a Status to update the Event From
A blank value on the event means the event is Active. When choosing to change an Event Status that has a blank value already, the Update Event's Current Status From Field must be blank in order for it to be changed to a different Status:
Choose 'A' for active if the Event Status shows as 'A' Active
Choose 'S' for Soft Deleted if the Event Status shows as 'S' for Soft Deleted
To Events' New Status
Choose a valid new Status for the Event:
'A' for Active
'S' for Soft Deleted
Preliminary/Final [P/F]
Run this process in 'P' - preliminary to verify that the information is correct
Run this process in 'F' - Final once the information has been verified to complete the change in Event Status
