Routing Authorizer Code
Enter the name of the Routing Authorizer. It can be a unique code of up to 10 characters to define this action.
Description
Enter a text description for this Authorizer Code.
Note: adding an asterisk tot the end of the Description (such as Superintendent*) removes the Routing Authorizer from Redirection Authorizer lists.
Status
Select A if the Routing Authorizer Code is Active.
Select I if this is an inactive Routing Authorizer Code.
This field is used when determining whether to add this to the selection options for applicants or authorizers, when they are required to choose an account coordinator or other authorizer.
Type
Enter R for Routing Authorizer.
Enter C for a Specific Account Coordinator.
Note: options A and M are only available for selection if the Routing Authorizer Code is APPLICANT or MANUAL
Enter A if Routing Authorizer Code is Applicant.
Enter M if Routing Authorizer Code is Manual. E-Form routing will be directed to this code if the next authorizer cannot be determined.
Gl Criteria Code
If applicable, enter a GL Criteria Code that may apply to this Authorizer Code. Note: This field is not used in LMW.
Employee Category List
Enter the list of Category Codes that this Routing Authorizer Code should be displayed for if users belonging to that Category must make an Authorizer selection. Separate codes by forward slashes (e.g. /SUPP/CASU/).

Enter the method that the Task Router should use when calculating the employee No. to route a task to for this code:

When Field 07 is set to 01. Enter the Specific Employee Number of the person to route to.
Form Type
When Field 07 is set to 09. Select the applicable Form Type that this Routing Authorizer will be specified on (such as SAFETY or E-LEAVE).
Task Location & Position Only
When Field 07 is set to 02. Enter Y to calculate using only locations specified in the request.
Enter N to calculate using all locations assigned to the applicant (typically resulting in 1 supervisor being calculated per location).
Use Location Principal If Blank
When Field 07 is set to 07. Enter Y to have the system use the Location Principal if the Loc Auth is blank.
Enter N to not use the Location Principal if the Loc Auth is blank.
Field Id (e.g. U0000000123)
When Field 07 is set to 09. Specify the e-Form Field from which the Specified Employee Number will be taken.
Sections To Include

Enter the Pre-Defined and User-Defined Form Sections by E-Form Type that the Routing Authorizer should have access to. Any sections not listed for a specified Form Type will not be seen by the Authorizer.
For any Form Types not listed, the Authorizer will be able to see all Form Sections for that product. In other words, the if Field 01 is left blank, the default is that the Authorizer will have full access to all Form Sections for all E-Form Products. For any Form Types that the Authorizer should see NO Form details, enter the <Form Type>: with no sections listed.
