The Benefits Code Report (Historical) will report on all benefits codes that are marked as historical. Each code will be reported in a separate two page mini report, containing all the information relating to the Benefits Code.

You are automatically in search mode. Select the code to report. Note: this is only way to select historical codes as each code has an attached date which must also be entered. Selecting No codes and exiting will cause the system to report all codes for all dates.
