What we’re doing:
The telephone audit trail report has been enhanced to:
the report can be run by date and timestamp (originally was just date)
display line usage statistics (how much and how often much is each line getting used throughout the day)
display average callout durations
Why we think you’ll like it:
The enhancements to the telephone audit trail report will give dispatchers a better sense of how busy their lines, when the busiest times are, and how much time each job is taking to dispatch. Being able to run the report by selecting a timestamp along with the date makes auditing ADS calls more efficient.
