Purchase Order Email History.

What we’re doing:

A ‘History’ button has been added to Purchase Order Inquiry to allow finance users to check the history of when a purchase order was emailed and the details associated with that email.

Why we think you’ll like it:

After printing a purchase order to email or emailing a purchase order to a vendor, finance users had no way to confirm the details of that email. For example, the email address may have been incorrect, but there was no way to see that detail. Now users can see every instance of when a purchase order was emailed or printed to email, the email address it was sent to, any cc’s, subject line, and whether the legal page was attached.
