Modify ADS Queue Screen to Display Call Time if Record Paused
Completed
ADS Queue Screen modified to display ‘Call Time’ if record is paused
What we’re doing:
Panel: HR>Absences>Absence/Dispatch Changes>Custom Functions>Dispatch Queue Recs
"Pause" column is displayed on ADS Queue Processing Screen.
Time will be displayed in HH:MM format in Pause column.
Time will be in HH:MM format with no F or P should be displayed when time to call is sometime on the current date.
'F' should be displayed with time in FHH:MM if the date is in the future.
Panel: HR>Absences>Absence/Dispatch Changes>Custom Functions>Suspended Queue Recs
'P' will be displayed in PHH:MM if the date is in the past.
Panel: HR>Absences>Absence/Dispatch Changes>Custom Functions>Manual Int Recs
'P' should be displayed in PHH:MM if the date is in the past.
Why we think you’ll like it:
Absence/Dispatch Maintenance (3,1,2) has been customized, function>ADS queue record to display the time_to_call field stored on the queue record.
This will help dispatch clerks understand that queue records with future time_to_call values are being paused – likely because there are no available subjects for the job. This would alleviate clerks concerns that ADS isn’t calling to fill unfilled jobs in the queue despite there being available out-lines.
