Invoice Entry & Changes - Add Reason for Suspension
What we’re doing:
Currently in Invoice Changes, if an invoice is suspended the user will see a “Reason” button, this button has been replaced with the Suspend button. Now, when an invoice is suspended, the user is prompted to enter a reason for the suspension which will print on the Suspended Invoices Report. The new Suspend button displays on all Invoice Entry pages and you can change the suspension reason or unsuspend the invoice by clicking the button again.
Why we think you’ll like it:
Finance users will have more flexibility when adding a reason for suspension to invoices as they can now add a reason as soon as the invoice type is set to suspend in invoice entry or invoice changes.
