Mechanism for bulk update of employees instead of individual employees
What we’re doing:
T4 Amended Statement Process has been enhanced to allow the drop down to include a ‘File option'.
The prompt does not change but the drop down includes the new option. This ‘File option’ will allow payroll to select a ######.APA file previously used during amended Pension Adjustment Import Process from the list of files in that payroll.
The employees in that file will be auto selected for this Amended Statement Run. Selected employees can be viewed by going into the person icon and picking 'View Selected Employees'.
Why we think you’ll like it:
Feeding the list of Amended PA employees per year into the Amended T4 process eliminates the need for payroll to individually select each specific employee during T4 Amended Statement Process saving time and reducing errors.
