Access to Comment Maintenance

Completed

Access to Comment Maintenance on the web portal.

What we’re doing:

  • Removed licensing: We’ve removed the licensing requirement for the Comment Maintenance program on the web portal.

Why we think you’ll like it:

  • Enhanced functionality: Comment Maintenance can be used to create absence entry help without licensing restrictions.

Learn more:

  • No license required: Comment Maintenance was previously tied to the Staffing Requisition license due to its primary use to create formatted job postings. Now, no license is required to add Comment Maintenance to a user’s menu.

  • How to add it: The menu is added through Menu Builder. Once added, users will find it under Tools > Reporting & eForms > eForms Maintenance > Comment Maintenance.

  • Custom absence entry help: For more information on creating custom absence entry schedule help, please follow this link to the relevant feature sheet.

  • Important note: Do NOT access staffing notification long comments through this program. Even opening a staffing notification comment and clicking submit without making changes will add HTML tags to your staffing notification comment. They will be printed as-is on the notification since staffing notification cannot use html tags (e.g., <p>Here is a comment</p>).
