View/Change Absences and Dispatches - Control Cancel and Close Buttons Separately

What we’re doing:

From View/Change (Absences), we’ve given HR administrators more control over the display of the cancel and close buttons.

Why we think you’ll like it:

Some districts want to display the cancel button to employees, but not the close button (or vice versa). This enhancement makes that possible.

Profile Activation

To activate this profile on the Web Portal, go to Tools > Security & Setup > Profile Maintenance > ADW tab:

View Change - Remove Close and Cancel absence options. Entering Y removes both options, entering N removes neither option, entering CAN removes the cancellation button, enter CLO removes the close button.

The same options exist under View Change - Remove Close and Cancel dispatch options.
