Purge Paid Transactions

The Purge Paid Transactions module allows paid transactions to be purged from the file. In addition, it allows the option of the ability to put the transactions to history before being purged, and also to purge transactions up to a specified date.

Purge Records Prior To Date

Enter a date before which all transactions will be purged.

Save purged records to a history file?

Enter 'Y' or <Enter> to put the transactions to history file after purge.

Create A Report Listing Of Purged Records

Enter 'Y' or <Enter> to create a report listing of all transaction records purged.

Perform transaction file re-organization?

Enter 'Y' or <Enter> to re-organize the transaction file. Re-organizing the transaction file is recommended since it will reduce the amount of disk space that the transaction file will use.
