Invoice Changes

The Invoice Changes module allows you to make changes to all information on a given invoice provided it hasn't been printed or is on a register. 

Receivable Group

Your default receivable group will appear here. If you are authorized to change the group code, you may do so by re-keying the field or typing '00' at the field to change.

Cust. No.

Enter customer account number desired. If the account number is unknown, press the <Ctrl+F> key.

Invoice no.

Enter invoice number to which changes are to be made.

Field to Change

  • Click in field of field to change.
  • Click Cancel to cancel changes. 
  • Click Next to move to next screen.
  • Click Clear to change another invoice
  • Click Cancel to quit
  • Click Attachment to change or update supporting documents 

The system will provide the detail line viewing screen. The user may now make changes to any information listed on the invoice.

Save/Cancel/Delete/Modify/Add Line/Add Description

  • Click Save to accept changes.
  • Click Cancel to cancel changes.
  • Click Delete to delete to delete highlighted line.
  • Click Modify on highlighted line to modify text.
  • Click Add Line to to insert line.
  • Click Add Description to insert new description line.
