Customer Inquiry Report

The Customer Inquiry Report provides a listing by customer number and date of any information that can be obtained through an account inquiry.  

Enter Receivable Group

Your default receivable group will appear here. If you are authorized to change the group code, you may do so by re-keying the field. To obtain a customer inquiry report of all receivable groups, type 'ALL' in this field.

Sort By Date Or Invoice

Enter 'D' to sort in chronological date order.

Enter 'J' or <Enter> to sort in invoice number order.

Enter Starting Customer

Enter a customer number, or press <Enter> for the first customer on the file.

Enter Ending Customer

Enter a customer number or press <Enter> for the last customer on the file.

Enter the Starting Date

Enter a starting date in the format YYMMDD, or press <Enter> for the first date on the file.

Enter the Ending Date

Enter an ending date in the format YYMMDD, or press <Enter> for the last date on the file.

Invoices/Credit Notes/Both

Enter 'I' to report on invoices.

Enter 'C' to report on credit notes.

Enter 'B' or <Enter> to report on both invoices and credit notes.

Summary/Detail

Enter 'S' to report on credit notes and invoices only.

Enter 'D' or <Enter> to report on invoices and credit notes along with any detail records (adjustments, open credits, etc).

Paid/Unpaid/Both

Enter 'P' to report on paid invoices.

Enter 'U' to report on unpaid invoices.

Enter 'B' or <Enter> to report on both paid and unpaid invoices.

Enter <Enter> To Process Report
