Customer File Changes
Customer File Changes is used to change existing name and address information on any customer on file.

Enter customer number if known.
If customer number is not known, press the <Ctrl+f> key.
Click into the field to be changed, followed by a <Enter>. This is continued until all fields are correct. When all changes have been made, click Save, which will cause the file record to be updated. To exit, click Cancel.
All fields are changeable except the customer number. While in theory it would be possible to change the name associated with a customer number, it is not advisable. Changes to the name field should be made only to conform to upper/lower case format guidelines, to conform to general format guidelines, or to correct spelling errors.
