Seniority Adjustment Report
The Seniority Adjustment Report lists the seniority adjustments or the adjustment total of each employee. Employees can be selected by employee number or employee category. Adjustments can be selected by seniority bank code, pay period, adjustment amount or adjustment type.
Employee Range/Selection
Seniority Bank Code range/selection:
- Enter 'R' to report only adjustments with a specified range of seniority banks.
- Enter 'S' to report only adjustments that have specific seniority banks.
Starting period/date:
Ending period/date:
- To select adjustments within a specific period range, enter that range here. Accept the defaults of Start and End to display adjustments from all periods.
Payroll ID Range/Selection
- Enter 'R' to select adjustments with a range of payroll ID's or 'S' to select adjustments by specific payroll ID.
Employee Category Range/Selection
Adjustment Type
- Enter 'O' to list adjustments created by the Create Seniority Adjustments From Payroll process.
- Enter 'M' to list only those adjustments created manually through Adjustment Additions.
- Enter 'B' to list both payroll and manual adjustments.
Starting Individual Adjustment Amount
Ending Individual Adjustment Amount
- To list those adjustments with amounts between a specified amount range do that here. Accept the defaults of Start and End to select adjustments regardless of adjustment amount.
Units/Hours/Days
- Enter 'U' to display the amounts in the units they were created.
- Enter 'H' to display all amounts in hours units.
- Enter 'D' to display all amounts in day units.
Detail/Summary
- Enter 'D' to display each individual adjustment.
- Enter 'S' to display the total of the adjustments per seniority bank code.
