Report Selection Criteria Profile Additions

The Report Selection Criteria Profile allows users to create and save default selection criteria for the listed reports below if they run this report the same way each time. This allows users to tab through the fields or select run without having to manually enter in the selection criteria every time the report is run.

Report

Select the report to create the saved fields for:

  • ABS REP - Absence Report With Dispatches

  • ABSENCEREP - Absence Web Reporting

  • ATE IMPORT - Apply To Education Import

  • OCT IMPORT - OCT Certificate Import

  • OUT TRANS - Outstanding Transaction Report

  • REP EMP AV - Rep Emp Availability Report

  • SEARCH LOG - ADS Search Log Report

  • SEN DATE - Seniority Last Updated Date

  • SEN IMPORT - Seniority Import From Ops

  • TWINS REP - Alberta Twins Extract

  • USER HIRE - User Defined Hire Report

Report Code

Enter the Report Code that the user would like associated with this Selection Criteria Profile.

The user will select this Report Code when on the Report of their choosing to pull the saved fields entered in this page. 

Description

Enter a brief description of the Report Selection Criteria Profile that is being created. 

Fields

Select the magnifying glass to the right of each field to select the appropriate response to create the report to the users liking.
