Dispatch Search Phase One & Two Additions

The Dispatch Search Phase One & Two Additions module lets you add employees to the phase one and two search lists. The distinction between phase one and two lists is made by the location code you enter. Anyone entered with a location code of 'DIST' will be on the phase one list. Anyone with a location code other than 'DIST' will be on the phase two list.

NOTE: Phase 1 & 2 lists were intended to be employees the district or location preferred to use. They can be used for whatever purpose you like if you understand that phase one is a district-based list, phase two is a location-based list. 

Location

Enter the code of the location to include the employee on.

Enter 'DIST' to include employees on the district phase one list.

Enter any other valid location code to include the employees on the phase two list. 

Employee

Enter the number of the employee to add to the phase list. 

Priority

Enter a priority number between 1 and 9999999999. This determines the order employees will be searched. The lower the number, the earlier an employee will be tried. If for example you have five employees on the phase one list as follows:

The system will sort the employee based on priority and display the employees in the following order so they can be phoned and dispatched.
