- The following fields are used to help Automated Dispatch calculate the FTE should be recorded when employees log absences and replacement employees are called to fill those absences. These values only need to be filled in if Automated Dispatch is being used. This calculation is activated by entering a non-zero amount into field: Percentage Of Block To Constitute A Block (Decimal Less Than 1) on page 4 of the Automated Dispatch Group Profile. The system counts the number of blocks covered by the absence or dispatch and then uses the FTE specified in the following fields.
1 Block
- Enter the FTE that Automated Dispatch should use if only 1 block is worked.
2 Blocks
- Enter the FTE that Automated Dispatch should use if 2 blocks are worked.
3 Blocks
- Enter the FTE that Automated Dispatch should use if 3 blocks are worked.
4 Blocks
- Enter the FTE that Automated Dispatch should use if 4 blocks are worked.
5 Blocks
- Enter the FTE that Automated Dispatch should use if 5 blocks are worked.
6 Blocks
- Enter the FTE that Automated Dispatch should use if 6 blocks are worked.
