ADS Daily Absence Code Count Report/Rebuild

The ADS Daily Absence Code Count Report/Rebuild will report the daily total of absences for each absence code. Each time an absence is logged or changed either over the phone or computer, a total per day per absence code is maintained. This total is used to make sure that limits on the absence code are not exceeded (See field Absences Per Day) in the Automated Dispatch master profile. This process can either report on the existing totals or rebuild the totals based on the current absences in the system.

Start Date

• Absences between the date range entered will be reported on and/or rebuilt.

Absence Codes

• Enter up to 10 valid absence codes. Use the binoculars to select from a list.

Rebuild

• Enter 'Y' to rebuild the absence code totals based on the absences that currently exist in the system.

• Enter 'N' if you just want a report without rebuilding.
