ADS Absence/Dispatch/Queue Inquiry

The ADS Absence/Dispatch/Queue Inquiry screen lets you view the details of absences and dispatches logged and created by ADS. You can view the contents of the absence, dispatch or queue files. This process also lets you delete records from the dispatch queue. The dispatch queue contains all the unfilled dispatches. So, if you ever want to stop a dispatch before the system processes it, you can remove it using this screen.

Search by Absence/Dispatch/Queue or Short ID

• Enter 'A' to view the details of the absence file.

• Enter 'D' to view the details of the dispatch file.

• Enter 'Q' to view the details of the queue file.

• Enter 'S' to view the details of the queue file using Short ID. 

A pop-up search window will appear to allow you to display a list of absences/dispatches starting from the entered Absence ID. By default, absences/dispatches will display from the starting Absence ID. You may select desired Absence ID from displayed list to view the details. Once the Absence ID is selected, the system will display the details of the Absence and associated dispatch. 

Click Next Record for a new lookup or select Cancel to exit.
