In Atrieve Payroll, we’ve merged the functionality of timesheet entry and timesheet edit.
Why we think you’ll like it:
Payroll users will save time by having a single place to add and edit timesheets. They will no longer need to go to different places to do these different functions.

In Atrieve Payroll, navigate to Generate Payroll >Payroll Data Entry > TimeSheet Maintenance (replaces Timesheet Edit).
If a user selects an employee with timesheets in the batch, the system will load those timesheets. The insert button allows the user to add lines into the existing timesheet.
If selecting an employee with no timesheets, the user is automatically in "insert mode". When in insert mode, the functionality is the same as timesheet entry.
The maximum timesheets per batch is 9998. The input count of 9998 is displayed at the top-left for tracking purposes.
The “Solve” button has been removed. Distributions are auto-solved in Timesheet Maintenance. One the user has entered through the whole timesheet, the system will verify the timesheet and determine all timesheets related to the distribution defined. One timesheet per distribution percentage is auto-generated.
