Task Manager
atrieveERP products requiring routing and approval, such as Leave Management or Employee Expense Web, will create tasks and/or emails to authorizers that are specified. These tasks are accessed with a task manager application, which will be accessible through your web portal. responsible for authorizing or acknowledging, are displayed in the top right-hand corner of the web portal, identified by a number in red on top of the bell symbol.

Clicking on the number representing the pending tasks will take you directly to the Task Manager program.
You can also access the Task Manager by selecting it within your Menu Options.

The Task Manager displays only pending tasks by default. Once a specific task is selected by clicking on the Task ID, it will display a customized e-form section with the task information that requires action such as “approve” or “deny”.
The information collected & presented with each task is retained for the next authorizer (if applicable). Once a task has been completed by the authorizer, the status of the task will be updated to “completed” and the task will continue on with routing to the next authorizer within the routing path if it is not the last step in the process.
