Role Based Security - Roles List Page
The Roles List page displays Roles that have been created and the number of users that have been assigned to each Role.
To access the Roles List page, select the Role Based Security menu option from the Web Portal navigation bar Tools / Security and Setup menu. Once launched, select Roles in the left navigation bar.
The grid displays a listing of all Roles which have been created and the number of users assigned to each Role.
- To display additional rows/items per page, click on the items per page drop down in the footer. The default value is 10 rows per page, with other options including 25, 50 or 75. Use the page numbers in the footer to navigate through the list of Roles.
- To Edit a Role, use the pencil icon.
- To Remove (delete) a Role, use the minus sign icon. Note that a Role may not be deleted if users are assigned to it. You must remove all users from the Role before deleting it.
- To Add a Role, click the Add Role button at the top of the page.
