Report Writer - Processed Reports
The Report Writer Processed Reports table displays the status of reports that have been queued to run and provides a way to open reports once the processing has completed. The list of processed reports is filtered to include only those reports initiated by the logged in user.
The Processed Reports table includes the following information:
Report Name
displays the name of the report
if the processing is complete, the report name is hyperlinked. Click the hyperlinked report name to view the completed report
if the processing is not complete or failed, the report name is not hyperlinked
User - the name of the employee that initiated the running of the report
Last Updated Date - the date and time that the report was last updated
Status - the status of the report
Processing - the report processing is in-progress
Completed - the report processing has completed and the report is available for viewing
Failed - the report processing did not complete successfully
Delete - you may manually delete a report from this table by clicking on the minus sign icon in the delete column. Note that if the report is in a state of processing i.e. not Completed or Failed, clicking delete and clicking Yes to confirm the deletion will halt the processing and delete the report
Auto-Purge - reports are retained in the Processed Reports table for 7 days from the last updated date. Once the 7 day threshold is met the reports will be automatically removed from the table as part of a process that runs after-hours.
