Attendance

Attendance Authorization 

The Attendance Authorization menu option allows authorized Administrative Assistants and Supervisors to review and submit Daily and Weekly Attendance. 

Users that have access to this menu option will see all absence and replacement information for their assigned location or any locations that are in their location over ride in Security Builder.  Users that also have Authorizing permissions - that are defined on the position code, or as a Security Builder override, will be able to submit comments to HR for changes to absence/replacement information, submit daily reviews, and authorize weekly attendance.

Attendance Monitor

The Attendance Monitor menu option allows users to see which locations have not yet completed their weekly Attendance Authorizations, and have the ability to send out email reminders to each location to remind them to complete the Authorization.  

Event Maintenance

The Event Maintenance Menu allows users to create, change and view information pertaining to events that are linked to Leave Management Web.  This module allows access to users to update Event information without needing a VMS User Account.  Users will have access to all Event information including GL information that is defined on the Event.

Schedule Entry

Enter Schedule

The Schedule Entry menu option will allow users to create and/or update the schedule of their own assignment(s)

Schedule Entry - Location

The Schedule Entry - Location menu option will allow users to create and/or update schedules for all employees at their assigned location and any location that is indicated in their Location Override in Security Builder.

Schedule Entry - District

The Schedule Entry - District menu option will allow users to create and/or update schedules for all employees in the district.

Create Review Task

Users that have access to Create Review tasks will be able to use this mass schedule generation tool to generate schedule review tasks for employees based on the selection criteria they enter in this program.

HR Report Writer

The HR Report Writer menu option will allow users with access to this menu to create, change, view and delete reports that are created to pull HR data from Atrieve Web.  

Please refer to the Report Writer documentation for more information. 

HR Report Viewer

The HR Report Viewer menu option will allow users to view created reports that are secured by their role, category or by their employee number.  

Report Writer Export

The Report Writer Export program allows reports to be exported to a text file. This text file can be saved and then shared with others. Emailing the export file as an attachment is an easy way to transfer export files with others.

Report Writer Import

The Report Writer Import program will allow users to import exported reports onto their application server. Export files can be generated and then imported onto the same system (however this serves little purpose unless the files are exported for safekeeping), or import cool reports designed and developed by others.

Report Merge

The Report Merge Menu option allows users to to upload documents and/or Images to be used in a Report Writer Mail Merge Document.  Please refer to the Report Merge Documentation for full details on the Report Merge
