What we’re doing:
Added functionality to send a replacement employee a text and/or email when an absence is entered with that replacement employee as pre-arranged.
Why we think you’ll like it:
It’s been reported that when an employee logs an absence and enters a replacement as pre-arranged, that that pre-arranged replacement is still not always aware they have been committed to that dispatch. It’s also been reported that absent employees are indicating they have pre-arranged their replacement without fully understanding the question. By sending the pre-arranged replacement a text or email confirming that commitment will ensure the replacement is aware they have been scheduled to work.

Replacement employees must have their text / email profile completed: My Info > Phone & Email > Text & Email Profile
Atrieve HR > Dispatches > Automated Dispatch Profiles > ADS Profiles > ADS System (an Group) Profile
