Configuring Multi-factor Authentication with third-party identifiers

Prerequisites

Your school division has Microsoft Azure AD or Google Identity Provider integrated into Atrieve

Summary

PowerSchool highly recommends that divisions work to configure identity management and MFA to meet their division’s security requirements. Determining and applying security policies is a critical component that will impact how MFA is enabled for your division.

PowerSchool does not setup and configure third-party MFA functionality for a school district. If assistance is required, we recommend that your division works with Microsoft, Google or your security vendor(s) to ensure your MFA is configured to meet your division’s needs.
