BC Pension Union Reporting

What we’re doing:

We’ve added a new report to Payroll that will allow school districts in British Columbia to export required data, in the format required, to the BC Pensions Corporation. The report includes Employee SIN, Employee Last Name, Employee Group, and Union Affiliation.

Why we think you’ll like it:

By exporting the data required in the format required, this will save payroll hours of work putting the report together manually.

The program works in the same manner as the BC Pension Location Export, whereby payroll can identify employees employee groups by their union deduction codes, and optionally selecting employees by function line components (pay cycle code, pay code, employee type, deduction code).

We’ve added the ability to select employees by their master function line components or by matching on any function line.
