Add or Remove Permissions

To add or remove Permissions, click the Permissions button. The Permissions window will display.

  • Select the Product to work with (i.e. External Job Posting), and the available Permissions will display in the list box on the left.
    • Single select or multi-select Permissions from the list of Available Permissions and then click the right arrow button to move the items to the Selected Permissions list box.
    • To deselect (remove) Permissions, select one or more Permissions from the list of Selected Permissions and click the left arrow button to move the items to the Available Permissions list box.
    • Click Save to save changes, and either click Close to close the window or select another product and choose additional Permissions for the Role.
  • Once all Permissions are added or removed, click Close to close the window, and the Permissions will be populated in the grid.
